No Hassle Return Policy:
Our goal is to build high quality products that meet or exceed your expectations. The ultimate judge of our success in meeting that goal is you, our customer. Therefore, if you decide that any product you receive from us does not meet your expectations you may return the product to us. No hassles, no questions, just prompt friendly service.
The return policy applies anytime within 7 days of original receipt of the product (based on the FedEx delivery record). If you decide to return your purchase, contact us by email or phone and we will arrange to have the product picked up at our cost. Your purchase price will be promptly refunded. We are sorry, but original shipping charges cannot be refunded although we will pay the cost of returning the product.
Unconditionally Guarantee
We warrant all products we sell to be free from defects in material or workmanship. If there is any defect in the product you receive, we will quickly replace the product or refund your purchase price. We may ask that the product be returned to us. This warranty is for a period of 90 days starting on the date your product was delivered (per the FedEx records).
Please be aware that these products are made of real wood, a natural product. Normal variations in wood products are not considered a defect.
Products that are made of wood and corn are not made to withstand exposure to continual moisture. See our F.A.Q. for additional information regarding moisture and storage. Improper exposure of boards or bags to moisture may void your warranty if not properly controlled.
This warranty does not apply to use in any commercial establishment or use for any commercial purpose.
If you need a replacement part for defective product or missing parts, please contact us and we will replace the item as soon as possible.
