Order Processing
Orders received by 2pm EST will be processed and forwarded to the delivery point for the next day. Most orders will ship the next day but will ship no later than two days from the day it is processed.
For instance if you enter an order before 2pm EST on Monday it will be processed and sent to the shipping location that evening. Most orders will ship Tuesday and the rest will ship Wednesday. In the rare case your order is delayed because of an out of stock situation, we will notify you by email.
Shipping
Cincinnati games has established Nationwide Shipping rates for each product. Games are shipped as complete games (two game boards plus bags). Because of size and weight, orders for multiple sets of the complete games cannot be combined. Each game must be shipped as a separate package so orders for multiple games will be charged shipping for each complete game. Orders for multiple sets of bags can be combined for a lower rate.
All standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. Deliveries to residential addresses are made by FedEx Home Delivery. Home deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday. Because of the size and weight of our product, FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery have proven to be the most economical service available that is also speedy and reliable.
Delivery Time
All shipments are from the midwest. Many areas can expect deliveries in one or two days. If you would like to determine the delivery time to your area, Cincinnati Games™ Advantage™ sets and bag set orders are shipped from ZIP code 45011. Cincinnati Games™ Ultra™ sets are shipped from the 46733.
You can use the FedEx.com Ground Service Maps to determine how long it will take FedEx to deliver to your location. Just enter one of the above ZIP codes to get the estimated delivery time to your area. Our experience with FedEx Ground over several years and thousands of packages is that they are very reliable, meeting their predicted delivery times 99.9% (est.) of the time. However, part of their lower cost is that FedEx Ground does NOT guarantee the delivery date. Please be aware that in the rare event your package is not delivered on the estimated date, this does not result in a claim of any sort against FedEx Ground or Cincinnati Games.
Local Delivery
Cincinnati Games™ has a local delivery area in Greater Cincinnati. This is a very wide area that includes the Dayton area and parts of Northern Kentucky. This DOES NOT include the Cincinnati Games™ Ultra™ products as they are shipped from a different area.
Shipping Rate Schedule
The shipping method is selected by the customer at the time of check out when ordering. The shipping charges will be determined by the method selected. Please be sure you select the correct Shipping Method when ordering as incorrect shipping charges resulting from Shipping Method errors will delay your order.

Special Shipping
Special arrangements may be made for expedited delivery or shipments to APO addresses. It may be possible to ship to Canada and Alaska. Because of distance or international shipping rules, our standard rates do not provide shipment to the areas. Please contact us if you would like an estimate of the charges to ship to one of these area.
Generally, most expedited service (overnight) is very expensive, quite often exceeding the cost of the games. For instance, cost to send a game to Los Angeles, CA using FedEx standard overnight rate would be $205.00. (including our packaging charges). To Patterson, NJ would be $169.00. Please contact us to determine the actual amount of any special shipping charges. We will process any special order manually since this cannot be entered in our online system.
